Asthma

Cassio Surgery is dedicated to educate patients with long term conditions and empower them with the knowledge to manage these.

If you suffer from Asthma, it is important you see the nurse for an Asthma review once a year.

It would be very helpful, for those who are due a review to complete the form below and submit this to us.

If your symptoms are deteriorating or you find you are using your inhaler more or are more wheezy that normal, especially at the start of a cold, please make an appointment to see the doctor, stating this when you call the surgery.

Please note, in general if you find you are using your blue inhaler (reliever) more than twice a week, please make an appointment with your GP to discuss this, as your medication may need to be adjusted.
